An extended order description is integrated in InfoStream.

The order description can contain information about the user like name, phone number, cost center, department and much more.
There can also be information about the print file, the processing and other things.
The order description is automatically sent with the printing order. The operator of the PrintManager therefore, always has the current and necessary information.

For the details about the Jobticket user, 6 fields are intended as a standard. Often those fields are not enough or further details are desired. With the order description 28 more fields are available for information concerning the user or the printing order.

If the order description is activated, the operator of the PrintManager can see the details in a separate window.

 


The number of fields, texts and labels is indicated by a separate configuration window.
It is left to the administrator as to how many and what kind of fields are defined.
Therefore customization is possible specifically to suit the needs in the enterprise.
