On completion of a printing order the user who has sent the printing job can be automatically informed.
This has got the advantage that you don't need to use the telephone. The sender of the print job is always informed about the status of his orders.

The notification via Email will be completed by a Mail-Server or SMTP-Server.

The operator can set up an Email address. With this the end users will know who has sent the Email.
This description is placed later in the "From“-field or in the field of the sender of the Email clients.
You can choose when the user should receive an Email.
There is the possibility to send an Email, if the proof printing was o.k..
(ProofPrint OK) You can also send the Email when the printing order is ready (Printing o.k.).
Those announcements will come up later in the main area of the Email client.

In InfoStream PrintManager an Email can also be sent to the sender if the print file was imperfect and could not be printed.
In this case the failure always concerns the print file and not a printer problem, for example because of a paper jam.
