An essential innovation of InfoStream is the influence on the appearance and functions of the JobTicket.
In most of the cases the final user ( JobTicket user ) doesn't want to know at all on which printer their job is printed. Often it is sufficient when you can choose the printing option " single – sided / double – sided " and the paper size.

The administrator has got the possibility to chose between three operation modes. With this it is possible to adapt oneself to the requests and needs of the JobTicket users. This setting is valid for all JobTicket users.
Additionally it is possible to choose , if the JobTicket users may change the appearance by themselves or not.

If the user is allowed to change the setting by himself , he can do this by use of the menu.

The settings have the following effects :

Basic :
* Only the basic functions like one – sided , double – sided , cover and paper choice are shown or can be set.

Standard:
* Basic file functions as by setting " simple".
* Additional following processing option available. Here you can set processing wishes like binding etc.
* Documents can be sent
* Partial jobs (Project data) is possible.

Enhanced:
* All printing options can be chosen
* All available printing options can be set
* The printer location can be chosen
* Form – printing is possible
* Further processing can be chosen
* Documents can be set
* Partial jobs ( Project data ) is possible

According to the chosen setting the JobTicket user has got a different appearance of his JobTicket.
