In InfoStream Control you can enter the options for the external finishing options, which are available in the central reproduction department. These extra processes do not mean the printing options of the printer!
The PrintManager offers altogether 12 optional fields, of those 6 fields are for standard finishing options and 6 fields for further options.
If the option for the further processing is chosen, the JobTicket user can see an additional index-tab in the printing options. If no further processing option is chosen, the index-tab is all

As a standard, the fields for "folding“, "perforation“, "cutting“, "binding“, "delivering“ and "envelopes“ are activated. If for example you don't have a machine for envelopes in the print room, you can deactivate this field. This option is then not available to the user in the JobTicket.
The field entries can be changed as required. For example, you could edit the field "Send to" to read "transfer“.This new name will then be shown to all users in the JobTicket under the option "offline finishing".
The user can see the offline finishing options in the JobTicket and can chose these respectively.

Within a following processing definition further entries can be done.
You could for example, extend the definition "perforation“ by the option "double perforation“, "four times perforation“ and "spiral perforation“.
