InfoStream PrintManager handles print jobs and files from InfoStream PrintServer. It releases and deletes print jobs and sends emails back to the JobTicket user.
PrintManager also allows you to view the total job status.

Collection and distribution
InfoStream PrintManager collects, marks and sorts print jobs from all sources as well as bundled orders delivered by InfoStream ProjectManager.
Preparing and refining
Not every job is print-ready; often files have to be refined before going to print. InfoStream‘s template function adds digital letterheads or logos – merging files during the RIP process. For simple page and set
numbering and watermarking of PostScript files (for example “confidential” or “draft”), the stamp function can be used.
Fast and efficient imposition
Ready-for-press imposition, for A3 and A4 jobs, can be achieved with few mouse clicks to create 2-up or 4-up copies and brochures for work-and-turn and workand- tumble saving valuable time and materials.
Printing and delegating
InfoStream PrintManager handles print output from all active printing systems. Central printing services can be controlled manually while still allowing local printing to departmental systems.
Scan module interface
InfoStream has the capability to interface with thirdparty scan modules to facilitate document archiving.
