PrintManager: the main program. Lists all jobs and documents. Sends jobs to the printers.

JobTicket: On the client PC the JobTicket is installed. The JobTickets sends documents, PostScript- and PDF- files to the PrintManager.

Web Interface: WebJobTicket provides a Web-to-Print application; users may send printjobs from a web browser.

Compression: compresses printjobs for data transfer; decreases the overall network traffic.

Password Protection: documents and printjobs may be protected with a password.

ProjectManager: merges data from various sources into a single printjob.

Imposition: creates layouts of 2 or 4 pages onto a single sheet, or helps printing pamphlets.

Form Manager: the Form Manager downloads and stores forms on the printers for later re-use.

HostInputControl: Unix or Linux workstations may connected to InfoStream via the HostInputControl module.

Archiving: a database modul provides an interface to archive printjobs.

Stamping and Watermarking: applies stamps, watermarks and numbers onto the printouts

Accounting: provides the option to register and track print costs for all printers and copiers, for all users.

Backup: automatically protects valuable documents and printjobs against accidental loss.

Customization: user interface of JobTicket may be switched between three different modes -- basic, standard and extended.

JobInfo Page: optionally prints extra sheet containing details about the job and its submitter; content and design of JobInfo page may be customized.

E-Mail Notification: JobTicket users may be notified about completion of their printing orders.

Status Query: JobTicket users may query the status of their printjobs.

Time-Driven Operation: some or all job lists may be automatically operated based on time of the day; useful in shift-work or in data centers.

Job Splitting: provides functions to "fan out" large jobs to different printers.

Non-Central Operation: directly print to selected local printers by-passing the need for operator intervention in the central reproduction department.

Accounting Files: All printjobs are captured in accounting files.

Database: The data for all printjobs, like page count, user name, number of copies etc can be stored in a database.

Offline Finishing: 12 free definable fields and options for offline finishing.

Job Description: For each job there is a possibility of a broad individuable and customizable job decription.

Locations: Printjos can be send to different locations.

Print Formats: Beside PostScript and PDF files you can also send PCL, HPGL, ASCII or each other printing format through the PrintManager.
