User accounts
In InfoStream Control different kinds of user accounts (cost centers) can be set up.
The following types of user accounts are available:
| Public accounts |

These cost centers can be accessed by all users and can be used by each of them. |
| Blocked accounts |

This cost center is blocked short-term or forever. A user can no more send printing jobs with this cost center and must be given a new cost center by the administrator. This function can for example, be used if a new cost center is not available or if the cost center has changed. |
| Accounts assigned to an user |
 |
You can assign a cost center to a special user or group. With this it is important that the name is identically entered like it is given in the JobTicket. |
Im InfoStream Control können die Kostenstellen bequem eingerichtet werden.
Following situations can happen
* Each user can use the official cost center 21000. In this case the user prints and sends his orders like usual with the JobTicket to the PrintManager. The cost center is transferred accordingly.
* The user Mr. Schock, Mr. Pieper or Mr. Meier uses their assigned cost center 11111. But they can also use the official cost center 21000.
* A user has entered a wrong or not assigned cost center in his user data. In this case he will receive a failure message when he sends a printing job.
A user has always worked up to now with the cost center 42200.This one is now deactivated by the administrator. While printing with this cost center he receives a message that he should get in contact with the administrator.
A user used the cost center of the user Mr. Schock or wants to print on this cost center. In this case a hint appears that this cost center has been assigned to another user.
