Automatic time controlled printing
The PrintManager allows for every printing list to be worked off time controlled.
This is especially useful with the HostInput Control if there are different printing lists. But this is also a great help in shift working areas or in computer centers.
For each printing list, the beginning and the end of printing can be set.
In the example above a printing time between 03:00-06:00 is configured.
There are three different modes which can be chosen.

Print and Hold A click on this symbol switches the chosen printing list into the time controlled automatic print mode. All printing orders which are in this list or which come in are printed and remain in the list. |

Print and archiving All printing orders which are in this list or which come in are printed and then archived. |
 |
|
Print and delete The printing orders are printed and then deleted. |

For each order list its own time can be set..
After the activation of the time controlled printing the chosen time appears in the index-tab of the printing list. .
