InfoStream consists of various modules and software packets and goes far beyond a simple print management software.
InfoStream can fulfill almost all needs in the realm of printing and scanning. Be in a computer center in which a host- mainframe- connection is needed or in the small local company network in which decentralized printers and also print systems in the print room shall be catered for.

Print files cannot only be printed centrally but also decentrally. That means that even small floor printers can be used.
Paper documents can be scanned and processed by a scan interface.
An accounting manager facilitates an exact calculation and counting of the print costs.
Single documents and print files can be put together to create one new print file.
Print files can be supplied with watermarks, stamps and forms.
The basis of InfoStream is built on the side of the clients by the JobTicket and the main program by the PrintManager. With this you can use almost every printer. The PrintManager captures all relevant print files for a monthly cost assignment for each user. An employee in the print room can control all incoming printing orders manually.
InfoStream exists in 3 different editions with different range of service.
The software is developed inhouse at Infotec Europe. A great strength is that we are able to give individual attention to the clients` special wishes.
The single parts and modules of this software are unique on the market. With that you can for example by using prin Manager access more features than the original printer driver.
First of all the InfoStream software is made for the products and printers of Infotec. But other products can be integrated anytime into this software.
